Return & Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange Policy Details

Eligibility: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a return or exchange.
Timeframe: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
Process: Simply reach out to our customer service team via email with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Refund Options: You may choose between a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or an exchange for another product of equal value.
- You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs to us. For your convenience, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label to you. The cost of the return shipping ($4.95) will then be deducted from the refund.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods (e.g., treats), gift cards, custom products, or clearance items, may not be eligible for returns for health and safety reasons.
